It's my pleasure to welcome you to Georgia Tech.

Our Catholic Center, at the heart of East Campus, is here to help students to draw close to God during their college years.  I hope that all of you who are engaged in the college experience will allow your years at Tech to be a time of growth in faith, even as you grow in knowledge.  Whatever your background or interests: sports, music, technology, bible, Greek, salsa, etc., there are students here who will help you to live your life in faith.  For parents, alumni and friends, I sincerely welcome your involvement in this important mission of the Church.

There are many ways to get involved at the Catholic Center - so many that I can't list them all here.  For a more complete list of opportunities and activities, take a look at the ministry pages of this website and see what interests you and the ways that you can participate.  For new students, here are a few extra suggestions:

  • Come by and visit the Catholic Center at 172 4th Street.
  • Look for our table at FASET and come say hello.
  • Attend our "Go Roman" Fall Rush - where everyone gets invited to join.
  • Come to our Kick-Off Cookout early in the Fall sememster where you will find free food and information about all of the different groups and ministry opportunities.
  • Attend daily Mass at 5:30 pm, 5:00 pm Confession or any other activities that you find on our calendar.

Many students make the Center their "home away from home."  You are welcome here.  We would love for you to stop by and introduce yourself.  We look forward to meeting you!

Praise God!
