ECHO Atlanta Mini-Retreat

ECHO is a Theology of the Body weekend retreat exploring identity, prayer, relationship, and vocation and is coming to Atlanta April 9-11, 2021.  Click here for details and registration information.
Stations of the Cross
Friday, March 5th // 6:15 PM
Join us this Friday for our first Stations of the Cross. We will start after Mass at 6:15 PM. There will be Stations of the Cross each Friday during Lent. 
Teaching Mass
Saturday, March 13th // 5:30 PM
When we understand the true depth and complexity of something it becomes imbued with a new meaning and vibrancy. The Mass is no different. If you have ever wanted to understand the Catholic Liturgy on a deeper level, this is your chance! The Teaching Mass will begin at 5:30pm and walk through and explain the parts of the Mass.

Apologetics Series:
Judaism and Prophets

Tuesday, March 9th // 7 PM
Join us for the fifth class of our Spring 2021 Apologetics Series on Tuesday at 7 PM in the Catholic Center lobby. We will be discussing Judaism and prophets, masks and social distancing required!
This semester, the Catholic Center will be offering an ongoing lecture and discussion series for Apologetics. This series will give you the tools to provide an explanation and defense for the Catholic faith: starting from the existence of God, all the way to the Traditions of the Church. 
The classes will aim to build off each other, but please feel free to attend whichever you’re interested in!

Thursday, March 11th // 7:30 PM
This Thursday, join us at 7:30PM in the Catholic Center Chapel for Renew, a night of adoration, confession, music, and praise. Invite your friends and bring a mask!

Desert Day
Saturday, March 13th // 9:00 AM
Join us for a Lenten Retreat as we create a space of silence to help nourish our prayer life and experience the peace that Christ came to bring us! It will be held at the Catholic Center from 9:00AM - 12:30PM on Saturday, March 13th. There will be priests available for confession & spiritual direction, as well as to celebrate Mass!

Afterwards, come back around for games and social time from 1:30-5PM, followed by a Teaching Mass at 5:30PM. Masks and social distancing required.

Sunday, March 14th // 1:15 PM
Join us for our RCIA class this Sunday on the Four Last Things & Purgatory! If you are interested in joining the Catholic Church, are already Catholic but have not yet received all of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation), or just want to know more about what we believe as Catholics and why, please join us!

Greek Games Night
Tuesday, March 9th // 8 PM
Join the Greek Community on Tech Green for an evening of fellowship and games featuring cornhole, kanjam, and more!

Hang out at the Catholic Center after the morning Desert Day for an afternoon of games and conversation! This will take place from 1:30 pm until 5:00 pm, followed by a Teaching Mass. Hope to see you all there!

Music for OLPH
Calling all musicians! Elderly and Infirm outreach is currently unable to organize live music for OLPH due to COVID-19 complications. We want to send them our love with pre-recorded videos of you and your friends playing music that we can send to them. If you would like to participate, please fill out the form below. 

OLPH Letter Writing
Wednesday, March 10th // 6 PM
The Elderly and Infirm Ministry is hosting a letter writing event to send to the individuals at OPLH. Come out to the CC this Wednesday and show your support for our friends at OPLH! There will be a box downstairs throughout the week if you cannot make it at this time but still want to write a letter for OLPH. 

40 Days for Life
February 17th - March 28th
Come and pray for an end to abortion during the 40 Days for Life. Students carpool to a local abortion clinic and respectfully pray outside before morning classes. We are always looking for drivers and passengers so please sign up using the link below.
Grad/YoPro Holy Hour
Monday, March 8th // 7 PM
Join us for Holy Hour at the Catholic Center followed by drinks/food in Tech Square.
