I am originally from Dallas, Texas but have lived in Georgia most of my life, both in Gainesville and LaGrange. After being homeschooled from elementary through high school, I went off to college. My first two years of college were at a commuter school, Dalton State College. I then transferred to Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville and received my bachelors degree in Psychology. During both high school and college, I heard the Lord calling me to be a priest so, after much discernment, I entered seminary a year after graduating college. I have been at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans, Louisiana since 2014 and have had many different assignments during that time, including time in parishes, hospital chaplain ministry, language immersion, teaching RCIA, as well as other ministries. After six years of formation in seminary I was ordained a deacon in June 2020. I enjoy playing and watching sports, especially baseball. I also enjoy running, hiking, and reading.
