Hello, I am William (Will) Whitlow and I am the Grand Knight (President) of the Knights of Columbus Council 14496 here at Georgia Tech. Born and raised in Georgia, I have spent my entire 5 years in college at Georgia Tech, and it has been a tremendous experience. I first really started getting involved at the Georgia Tech Catholic Center the Spring of my Freshman year, and have been serving this community wherever they have needed me ever since. With the Knights of Columbus I found the fraternity that I was looking for in college. Now that I am Grand Knight, I have the privilege to help organize and decide what fraternal events we host throughout the year. After my 3rd year at Georgia Tech I became an avid alter server and have helped with various liturgical celebrations, often celebrating them shoulder to shoulder with my brother Knights. Events that we organize as a council include a lovely St. Valentine’s Dinner that we host for the Ladies of the Catholic Center to remind them of their dignity, fraternal hikes, a Habitat for Humanity build in the Fall in partnership with other Councils in the area, and much more… Please reach out to me for any reason, but especially if you are interested in joining our Catholic fraternity!
